We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell our products, without express written permission by us.

We do not sell your personal information; however, you may receive marketing offers and promotions from us from time to time.

Delivery Terms

Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS. Shipping time is approximately 5-8 days. Booze Infuse is not responsible for delays in shipment.

Payment Terms

All orders require payment in full prior to receipt. Payments may include taxes and shipping fees.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer any returns or refunds. 

Billing Information Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased by a person, household, or organization. In the event that we do so, we will reach out to you via the email or phone provided to us at the time of the order. 

You agree to provide current complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to provide valid email, phone, and address information so we are able to complete your transaction and contact you as necessary.

Booze Infuse attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current.

You agree that use of our product is at your sole risk. We do not guarantee that use of our product will be error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the product will be accurate or reliable. Products are provided as is without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, included all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infrigement. 

Booze Infuse and its employees are not responsible for any liability, loss, personal injury, damage or expense that the customer may suffer after the transaction arising from your use of the product, including but not limited to omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of using this product. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 

Dispute Clause

Any dispute relating to any activity on Booze Infuse or the purchase of any Booze Infuse products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in South Carolina, United States, unless you have in some way threatened or violated Booze Infuses’s intellectual property rights, whereby Booze Infuse may seek an injunctive.
